Nice and cozy guesthouse. lovely owner, speaks a little English, and Russian. 10 dollars for a bed with breakfast and dinner (tasty food) western toilet and hot shower. big private parking for every kind of vehicle and good views to the valley and mountains. if you are coming from Karakol, the place to the road at right, you are going to see the sign.

Very good value. The owner speaks a bit English. Breakfast included but no dinner available at the time. Payed 50 Som. A 15min walk away from the container market, it's located a bit outside of the "center".
Report Check-Inlovely homestay, absolutely recommend this place over the hotel. dinner was standard potato stew with langman and bread, but the bread was actually pretty fresh and nicely chewy! breakfast was appropriately salted eggs and the closest approximation of actual sausage I've seen in a long time! very hot shower and very clean bathroom. tons of room to park vehicles. 80 som including both meals. A+
