For me, the rainforest trails are far more beautiful than the big views (which are sadly dominated by plantation forest).
Report Check-InGods must be crazy movie. On the way to THE POT HOLES. very quiet driving.
Report Check-InDidn't visit but did camp at nearby Wonder View, which is free. A few people told me that the two views are very similar, which looking at the topography map makes sense. It's the edge of an escarpment so it's not that dramatic, just a big wide view down to the hills and plains below.
My advice - save your money here, go to Wonder View and spend a little on a souvenir there. That way you get the same experience and money goes to locals instead.
They introduced a new visitor category: „INTERN“, added in handwriting … which naturally stands for ‚International‘ and fee is R40 … the only (or first) place we saw in the area which seems to be applying this ever so tourist welcoming gesture
And by the way: Wild Card is not accepted at any of the places

Nice short walk up to a view point. Can get some good photos from the top. Very touristy tho.
Also lots or curio shops selling goods.
Now 17 rand per person. Not the most amazing view I've seen to be honest.
