Not far from Glacier National Park there's a long gravel parking strip beside a very quiet road. It's at the end of the motel carpark so you have the security of having people nearby but is far enough away from the highway to be a quiet night. I'm in a minivan but there's definitely enough space for RVs, etc.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Private Property sign posted and old run down abandoned buildings. Doesn’t feel safe, we didn’t stay.
Report Check-InI made it to the cement pad! Probably holds two sprinters up here. Feels very safe and quiet and no signs preventing you from staying the night. Next stop, glacier!
Report Check-InGreat place for a night. We pulled
Up into a cement pad with our sprinter and it was perfect. We tried the place by the visitor center down the road and it was packed with people. Came here and nice and quiet.
