!scam!
Asked for 1000 pesos. Guy stopped it at 200 and pretended he'd misheard me, then kept pumping to 800 without zeroing the meter (I watched carefully). He then tried to charge me 1000, claiming it was 200 + 800. I only paid him 800, and eventually he accepted it.
