Small beach with solid ground. Local said it was safe... turned out to be quiet with not a soul in site. Sunrise was stunning... mucha basura :-( Good option for 1 night...3 bars TELCEL
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Great spot to rest for the night. Quiet spot just a little windy, but it calm down at night.
Report Check-InAnother spot right by the dunes. Just 100 ft from the water. Wins the prize as the quietest place we’ve camped in Baja. Plenty of space for a few rigs. No facilities.
Report Check-InGreat spot for an overnight on the marsh dunes. Good, solid sandy road for a motorhome pulling a boat. Super quiet. No one around but doesn’t seem to be a party place. Great TMobile cell service. Would definitely stop here again for an over-night.
Report Check-InNice spot, plenty of little dirt roads that branch off from the main road that head towards the beach or the dunes, some worse than others, drive slowly and pick accordingly, plenty of serenity and peace and quiet, good cell signal, beach for swimming is not ideal as is shallow, plenty of rubbish in some spots sadly
Report Check-InGood spot! Right by the runway, not sure if planes will be coming and going. Very beautiful, but lots of trash collected from the beach.
Report Check-InBeach totally empty way back from the HWY good road for big rig or school bus enjoy 🚌
Report Check-InBest spot you can hope to get to sleep 4 free ! So quiet , beautifull view , felt safe too and we also woke up with a dolphin right in front of us. Like 20m from us ! Wow
Report Check-InExcellent spot on the Bahia. Very quiet, lots of other travelers here.
Report Check-InGreat stop over spot. The lagoon and sand dunes are quite the site.
Lots of glass on the ground. Felt safe with a handful of rigs in the near vicinity.
Pack it in. Pack it out! At the very least burn your trash people!!!!
Sure blame the locals… but when you see Trader Joe’s egg white cartons and you know damn well there isn’t a Trader Joe’s in Baja… you put blame where it’s due. Y’all. Help leave these beaches better than you see them. If you want to enjoy it in the future… we only have one planet! If you see plastic trash, burn it/ pack a trash bag with you!
Stayed here for one night. Beside the trash it is a nice place, very quiet, felt safe.
It’s a biosphere reserve with many birds. But very sad that there is so much trash :(
Very Windy and cold.. Tide is not comming up to the Cars! Felt safe tough
Report Check-InNice place by the beach. Lots of trash, but all in one place. Very nice view, direct on the ocean. Easy to access in a 2wd sprinter van. Just 2km from main road. Will come back again.
Très bel endroit directement au bord de l'océan. Belle petite plage privée. Beaucoup de déchets mais tous rassemblés à un endroit. Très beau coucher de soleil! On reviendra!
Report Check-InNice spot and there’s a bunch of other little beaches that can be easily reached nearby. Tuesday night in summer and the whole area is complete empty, except for a curious coyote. The water is warm m, shallow and nice for a swim.
Report Check-InAs described very peaceful place for rest stop, beautiful sunset, easy road access with 2wd van just a little washboard, few options of place to camp, feels totally safe, close enough to main road for convenience yet far away enough for peace and quiet
Report Check-InA small beach to ourselves, other than some fishermen coming and going nearby. Lots of paths to get around, well packed sand. Beach was not rocky where we stayed. No issues with f250 & travel trailer. Broken glass and beer bottle caps on the beach. It was a great spot to spend the night!

Report Check-InChecked out this spot. It's next to the beach. Usually an ideal overnight location for me. I didn't stay due to the amount of rubbish at this spot. Moved to the sand dunes for the night.
Report Check-InOK as a one night stopover. Beach is rocky and there is a lot of strewn garbage. On return trip we will try the nearby dunes.
Report Check-InWish we knew about this location on our way south. Big rig friendly, no issues getting here, lots of room, gorgeous sunset. Worth the little detour from highway to rest up.
Report Check-InStayed for one night after looking at other spots south of town. Definitely much better place with distant Mountain View’s and next to a nice small sandy area. Flat and large enough for big rigs. The road in was a bit of a washboards but no problem in a sprinter.
Report Check-InThis is a really nice spot, easy to get to, expansive dunes, right by the water, lots of places to park up, quiet.
Report Check-InLovely little spot for the night. Close to the water and the sand dunes. Breezy, but otherwise quiet. Great birdwatching and stargazing. 3 curious coyotes at night, heard snarling outside the windows and woke up to tracks throughout camp.
Report Check-Ingood, easy to get to. just windy, close to guerrero negro
if you want to see the whales look up tonysmysictours.com he's the best
Near air strip.
Super easy to find and works for a night. Nothing special but far enough from the road to be completely quiet.
Just arrived at suggested spot. Went a bit closer to the water then the doors suggested. Marshy low foliage. low tide brings birds foraging for dinner. Relaxing to the sounds of sandpipers, and other sea birds as the sun sets. We did pick up a kitchen size bag of trash in the area. We were just looking for an evening / overnight boondocking spot. Pulling a Tab trailer, found a nice pull through spot amoung the dirt roads near beach. We have 4 wheel drive but did not need it.
