Report Check-In

Not able to contact the phone number posted on the website of this place. Went to the location anyway but no luck finding it. Asked somebody if they know about this place and only got directions to El Rancho RV park nearby.

Report Check-In

Sent them a whatsapp message to check if there are open and they replied that due to COVID the Government does not allow them to receive people. Seems like the only place open in Oaxaca area during this time is the San Agustin camping, 18km north of Oaxaca City.

Tried to stay here Sunday night. Could not find anyone around, tried front and back entrance and tried calling a few times with no answer unfortunately. Maybe next time.

We spent a week here. The owner used to travel full time in his VW Kombi, so he knows what fellow travelers need: clean facilities, hot showers, toilets, water & 120V hookups, fast WIFI, level ground, washing machine (30 pesos) + drying clothe lines, safe place to leave the van when going exploring the town. The parking is protected from the sun, which is much appreciated because Oaxaca is scorching hot. Also, being a safe place, it was nice being able to sleep with the doors open for a fresh breeze. There is a taxi stand around the corner, they can take you up the mountain with your mountain bike for 30 pesos per person; awesome trails (check trailforks.com for more)! The owner is very friendly and we felt welcomed; one night he barbecued for his brothers and he invited us to join them :) Highly recommended! 200 pesos per night per vehicle. They have a website: https://www.lepetit-t-park.com/

Nice little spot just outside of Oaxaca with everything you need included solar heated shower, clean bathrooms, sinks, washing machine, kitchen with fridge and stove, rooftop for hangout around a beer and good WiFi. The place is shady, perfect for hot days. You can pickup your breakfast directly in the fruit trees. Some facilities around : agua purifica, panaderia, taqueria. 10 min walk to the climbing gym Muro Mondragon and 30 min walk to the San Sebastian crag. The owner is a friendly van traveller based in Oaxaca. He's speaking Spanish, German and English. He is full of good tips about the area. The place is noisy during the day because of the road just next but the nights are quiet. Charge 200MXP by car by night.
