Something not right?

Description

It is a quiet area with tables underneath trees and palmtrees right at a empty beach. We stayed here on a sunday, so a few locals where here. An old women told us we should put everything away over night, cause people here like to steal things, we did that and still felt secure here. Showers and toilets are the little road along the beach 200m further north.

Wonderful beach! The spot is great and safe. There are tables on site and you can make fires.

Very nice parking and beach with shade. But at night this area is not safe. Better only during the day

We spent the night a little bit further down the road, because at the place on iOverlander on a sunday were too many other people.
Further down there is a little bar/restaurant and opposite there is a lot of place for any rig. Most locals left after sunset. After these it was super quiet.
Toilet lady in the red house is super nice. If you just want to go to the toilet she asks for CRC 100.

Good place to stay a few days under the shade of the palm trees or in the sun (if you need it for your solar panels).

Quite busy with locals (easter holidays), rough sea with big waves, and windy throughout the day (finally a bit of air in this very hot and humid country!!).

Shower and toilet for 1000 Colones pP/ day (red house).

No Wifi available anymore...

Nice place, windy during the day what ia very plaisant. Wind stop totally when the sun goes donw tough. There is a red house at 50m who told us that if we paid 1000 colones per day we could shower and go to the bathroom as much as we want. Very nice people. I recommended. FREE

Was busy with locals until sunset, then everybody left. Nice place and no sand flies :)

Stayed here many times , big rig friendly and safe , use common sense and don't leave stuff out at night (noticed comment about beach closed) but it's from local campground operator .. mmm anyway all beaches in Costa Rica are % 100 public access and I have been coming to this one for 24 yrs and its by far my favorite .. note week ends and holidays can be busy with locals and water is rough

Good overnight stay. Everything like described before. We didn' t see toilets or showers....perhaps because of off season.
Advice:if you hit the beachfront...stay mor to the right....there is a Pub to the left, loud music!
Overall good place to stop !
Thanks for that.

Beautifull beach with no one around. The guy in front has shower and toilets for 300 colones if needed. There's wifi as well. This is one of the few places in costa rica where its fresh during the day and night, no humidity. Big rig friendly, all free and safe. We stayed 1 full week there and its definitely a must go spot.

Nice place where you can camp under palms directly at the beach for free.
