Free camping allowed here according to the police that no longer let you sleep at the beach site.
There are some palm trees here and a decent clearing in front of building to park. It could fit 6 vans or more
It was pretty loud with cat fights, dog howling, roosters and vehicles driving past. However it is free, flat and allowed.

We spent 2 nights here. Very quiet, you can still hear the waves. One block away from the beach. Other vehicles parked here also during the day but at night it was just us. The morning we left some workers came to work on the land and cut some palm trees. When we were about to leave by noon, one of the guys said to that they rent the place and that we should pay a minimum of 200 pesos, after some talking we agreed on a total of 150.
Report Check-Inwe went to this wasteland because it was difficult to find a spot for the night here. There was already another van there. in the night at 1am a guy knocked and demanded 250 pesos. we did not know where he came from. we gave 200 pesos for security but a nice rip off. I do not recommend this place
