Nice little campground. We arrived after they shutdown the bathrooms for the season. It was ok, as we are self contained. Whoever said the trains aren’t a problem..uhh, yeah. I stopped counting after 14, complete with horns blaring from 8:30pm to 7am. Not a night for sleeping. Other than that, it was quiet..lol. $25 for power site, paid on the honour system.

Campground is on a main road thru town and was quite full. Quite a lot of noise from the playground across the road. Washrooms clean. Not much noise from the train line.

Level sites, by the train tracks. Clean bathrooms and showers.

Washrooms still closed due to Covid. Great spot, easy access for travelling the Transcanada

The site by the CP Rail caboose is nice.

There is slow wifi outside the library, just a block up the street.

We like these small-town campgrounds! Very relaxing. Except washrooms under Covid-19 closure on this date.

Train noise is muted by structures between the park and the track - no problem. Other than the train, very quiet. What looks like a nice kids playground right across the street.

Several campsites w/ picnic tables in the centre of town. Run by Town of Bassano. $20/25 per site. Honour system. Close to train.
