After a bit of driving around, I found this nice flat spot with no signs regulating parking, on either side of the street. I stayed here for 2 nights and no one bothered me. Relatively quiet, given the locale! This is in November, so things might be different in season.

Stayed here for 2 nights, no issues. cops parked in front of us one day to go to the shop, didn't bother us at all. would suggest the previous poster that said they were told to move on would be because they smelt of weed. 32 foot RV fit fine. can't get any closer to allt he main attractions.
Report Check-InPulled up late at night, found an open space in front of an apartment building. Not a bad spot, only about a block from the ocean. Mostly quiet, had a restful night of sleep & left in the morning.
Report Check-In9pm just got a knock from the cops and almost arrested for the van smelling like marijuana. searched and sent on my way. they said it's absolutely not legal to sleep here and have received numerous complaints about my van. it's literally been raining all day so we only went out once to walk the dogs.
Report Check-Inflat street parking a couple of blocks from the beach
quiet spot, met other van campers here, and there are cold showers on the beach
Report Check-InGreat location. There are meters however with no charge from 12am-9am. I paid @ $11 for 4 hours.
Report Check-InWe parked here for three nights and had no issues. We only meant to stay 1 night but had some battery and tire stuff to take care of. The staff at the seafood buffet were friendly and helpful. I will say there is a transient population that passes through each night but they never bothered us at all. The police passed by the morning we were leaving and didn’t stop or say anything about our Skoolie.
Report Check-InQuiet side street between Dollar General and Calabash Seafood Buffet. No posted restrictions on either side.
Report Check-InAll spots open at noon on a holiday weekend. Great find! Close to stores and restaurants and practically beach front.
Report Check-InStayed one night. Fantastic free spot. One block from Myrtle Beach. quiet street. no one bothered us. close to everything if you want to walk to a mini mart or beach bar or restaurant. great cell signal.
Report Check-InThis place worked well, mostly because of the great location just a couple of blocks from the beach. I parked across the street because there was a no parking sign too close to me on the other side. No signs by the Dollar General and locals were also parking there.
Report Check-InMostly Flat street. We parked our sprinter van. A bit noisy if close to the main st. like we were, but had no issues and we could sleep well. Restaurants and stores nearby.
Report Check-InI didn’t stay overnight but parked here. It seems like a decent spot.
Report Check-InStayed one night in a sprinter van and had no problems. Great location as it is right in town and walking distance to the beach, but also next to a busy road so quite a bit of noise. Best part is that it is free parking instead of having to pay $10 an hour for beach parking off Ocean Blvd.
