Description

little park near Walmart, gated, security 24/7 when we were there, pool and picnic tables, rules on board say: no maskotas! but it was no problem to take our dog with in, not a really beautiful place, but a good option on our way to Oaxaca, 50 pesos per person

Latest Check-Ins

The park is closed. I parked in front of the entrance gate. A man adviced me to park the RV somewhere else, it's a private here and later on the police checked if everything is okay.

Report Check-In

We could not stay here. The google maps takes you to the wrong side, we could not enter from here. Also the park appeared closed.

Report Check-In

wanted to stay at this place for one night, but the gate was locked and the pools were empty. there was a man inside (owner?) - he told us that the park is still closed due to the pandemic and that it's not possible to camp.

Report Check-In

A little expensive at 100 pesos per person including kids and no hookups but a quiet, safe spot. Go to Home Depot and turn.

Report Check-In

It is oK for one night. 200 Pesos for two persons. The tent area is beautiful, but the RV area is ugly. We had no WiFi.

Report Check-In

Stayed here after getting a late start from the botanic garden Helia Bravo Hollis (really cool spot). They wanted 350 mxn for the two of us for the night, talked them down to 200. They said prices have gone up. Bathrooms were fine (maybe new prices mean cleaner bathrooms) but a bazillion kids showed up at 8 am and strained the facilities and our patience (maybe a summer camp? They were loud and there was lots of whistles from the adults). Better than a Walmart, but not worth 350.

This place is in wrong location - it is located at 18.47180, -97.42133

Report Check-In

Good place to stay. We had our dog and all was okay. We parked on the grass area along the lagoon and the night guard came by and asked us to move closer in for security at night. Hard to beat for $100 pesos/night!

Report Check-In

Little park with Laguna and swimming pools. Close by Home Depot, Sams Club and Walmart. Gated and security day and night. Toilets and cold shower, no hook ups. Very quiet during the week, people are very nice and helpful. 100 peso/night. Lovely place

Report Check-In

Great location next to Home Depot. Walmart is almost next this place (1km). Bathroom with cold showers. The staff is friendly. There is a night guard. Pools and small lake. Very cool place!

Report Check-In

$100 for two. Arrived in rain storm. Parked near the closest shelter to the entrance. Great Wifi, clean power, clean toilets-didn’t use the showers.. The Parque is behind Home Depot-not Walmart.
Miguel, the night guard, was extremely friendly. We gave him a tip before leaving.
We were the only people there-but l would imagine it would get very busy and noisy when school is out.

Report Check-In

coordinates above are the public road in front of the park the existing coordinates will take you on a wild goose chase. it's a nice place great place to park safe grass to park on. No services except internet was reasonably fast

Report Check-In

Nice place for overnight $50 pesos per person. No services except informal arrangement for electricity.

Report Check-In

Good place in Tehuacan - lots of parking space on grass, pools and a lagoon next to it.
Staff is super friendly, and they have an equally friendly dog, Camilo!
100 pesos per night for 2 people in an RV.
Wifi available, it was pretty fast. Could also hook up to electricity.
Only bad thing is bathrooms are probably the dirtiest we've seen in Mexico so far! :(

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Easy place to stop for the night on the route between Oaxaca and Puebla. Very friendly hosts. Hooked up to electricity. Lots of great shopping (Chedraui, Home Depot, Liverpool, Sam's Club, Walmart, etc) within walking distance. Good wifi. 50 pesos per person per night.

Report Check-In

nice quiet place. walked to Mall food court for food. Friendly guards/friends. Showed us pictures of all the other overlanders who have stayed here! 50 pesos per person.

Report Check-In

Staff is sooooo sweet and welcoming! The park is dog-friendly:))) and there's plenty of space for dogs to run!

We stayed one night and parked in front of the "restaurant" so we could get wifi in the van. We paid 50$ per person. Do yourself a flavor and don't use the showers here. Bring your own tp (as always) and try not to touch the toilet seats lol

There's a Home Depot and a Walmart near so it makes a perfect spot if you have to work on your van.

Report Check-In

Staff is super friendly, dogs are welcome even though rules tell otherise (non-busy days preferably). Bathrooms are super old and dirty, I personally wouldn't come here for the toilets or shower. You are better going to the shopping mall to use toilets there lol. Otherwise grassed area is super nice and pools are available (just too cold for us to use right now).

As described before very nice place. Old and dirty bathrooms. Very friendly Staff.

Good wifi.

Report Check-In

Staff and owner are super friendly. Place is nice with plenty of space for tent. We had electricity and light. Paid 50 pesos per person. Also internet is good.

Report Check-In

Great stop to spend the night, 50 pesos per person. The young couple taking care of the place is super nice. They left around 7pm and closed the gates, And there is a guard all night. They left us their phone number in case of anything. We were the only ones here. Toilets are not the cleanest. Lots of space and cute lake. Don’t follow the coordinates of google maps. Just go to Home Depot, the entrance of the park is right next to it.

Report Check-In

We used it for an overnight stop from Oaxaca to Puebla. Pools, lake, some lush green. Still nothing to make you stay longer but good for stopping over night. It's gated, secure and quite.

Report Check-In

Great campspot on our way to Oaxaca. Paid 50 Pesos per Person with a tent. Wifi was bad, the view was good.

Report Check-In

This place is nice, tho we have arrived after dark, plenty of space, no one around. got in after 7pm and the gate was still open. Don't go by Google maps, it led us astray twice, which, after dark on the unlit back dirt roads, was a little unnerving. The entrance is located down Calle Mariano Matamoros, the street next to Home Depot to the west. It's quite a nice place with a big pond to rent boats in and large for checking out.
