Free on street parking w no parking restrictions between Mohawk and Larrabee on Armitage. We stayed for a week w no issues. Local fire house half a block away allowed us to refill our water tanks. 3 min bike ride to Lincoln Park, 7 min to lake front...lots of neighborhood pubs and eateries a close bike ride or walk away.

Safely stayed two nights consecutively. Noisy street, but the activity helped me feel safe. Well lit. Bars and such nearby. Was not bothered. Van is not stealthy at all.
Report Check-InSpent one night here without issue. Such a great walkable neighborhood and easy access to L train at Fullerton or Armitage Station. Finding a spot can be difficult, but patience will pay off if you are looking for a safe place to stay right in the city.
