Description
This is the location of the Warden's office. Toilets also located here. There are other toilet facilities elsewhere in the forest.
Effectively £5.00 to camp per night. £2 per day, £3 overnight. Permit required.
Tried to book online told no spaces available. Went to the Warden's office and paid without problem.
For vehicles the drive is 7 miles long so if you miss your favourite spot you'll need to drive the loop again. Cyclists can do what they want, as usual.
On the road from Callander saw a number of motorhomes parked up in various places. Not sure of the legalities as they where within the controlled parking area of the National Park.
