poor GPS location. The original post was: At the fork on FS-1107. Not in town! Big flat turnout. Sheltered in the trees, but open views just down the road.
A couple trucks went by in the morning, friendly waves.

GPS is Fred Myers parking lot. We were unable to legally access Panda Ridge. Homeless camp nearby.

Report Check-InGreat location with room for two vehicles. (Not RV or a truck & trailer.) Two fire rings and surrounded by beautiful red woods. The GPS marker is a off by like 100 yds, but just keep an eye out and you’ll find it. I found it even in the dark. I found it more closer to these coordinates. (42.1343753, -124.1567030)
Although I did find some trash, it has been cleaned up a bit from the last post.
I stayed one night with no problems, and only a few cars/trucks passed by in the morning.
We tried to look for numerous campsites her and in that area. At Miller Bar it was obvious there are several permanent camps here. And it was trashy, a few very sketchy people. It’s a long drive in and until it changes I would not waste your time to camp here. We also drive up high to Panda Ridge and came across several beautiful site, one was all trash and I mean mounds of trash, chairs coolers and a couch. It’s very sad.
Report Check-InAt the fork in the forest roads. Big flat turnout. Sheltered in the trees, but open views just down the road.
