Something not right?

Description

A great camping spot, apart from the cold showers and sketchy bathrooms. There is an irrigation trench that runs through the camping area and thankfully drowns out the noise of other campers. Lots of shade, huge grilling areas, and covered shelters with tables.

Ótimo apoio para quem vai visitar as ruínas inca.
bastante sombra e o pessoal receptivo.

we arrived in mid afternoon with the goal to stay and use the huge pool. finally we didn't stay because the place requires more care. for example, there is no electricity plugs with easy access and there is very few water points. they charged us 1000 pesos for each adult to access the place. we used the pool, quite nice. but when they charged us 5000 pesos we didn't stay.

Recomendado!

Report Check-In

Very nice free place with picnic tables, parillas and a small stream. No water in the pool or toilets and showers. A lot of shade but beware of the dogs.

Report Check-In

Great place to escape the heat. Lot of shade, little canals with running water. We were here out of season, so the pool was empty, no other visiters, nice and quiet. Didn't see the toilets, used our own. For free.

Report Check-In

Grandes espacios, asadores pileta.

Report Check-In

Camping Municipal gratiito. Parrillas y leña a disposicion.

Wonderful nature and very quiet, large pool, small shop.
Camping area is a little bit hidden behind the day use area.
Bathrooms in very bad condition, but a really big straw roof

Report Check-In

High potention location, pool was filled, electricity worked, nice canals. But bathrooms totally broke down and not so clean. At night local youngsters came to party with loud music until police removed them at 2AM... Free this time of year.

Report Check-In

As desribed by others. Really good place except bathrooms which need to be renovated and cleaned. Free at this time of the year.

Standard municipal campground.
Bathrooms still very dirty, but electricity worked for us, and it was quiet all night, even on Saturday night. The rain may have put off the local party-goers though. We stayed for free and were the only ones there.

Did not visit but the icon seems to be wrong (hotel icon for an obvious camping)

Report Check-In

Common campground frequented mostly by locals.
20AP pp and 50AP for staying overnight, because of highseason. Ok for 1 night.
We came on a Wednesday night: it was loud and noisy, youngsters having a party til very late in the morning. Bathrooms very dirty. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Report Check-In

Stayed here Wednesday night. Nice place and for free but local kids arrive drunk after midnight and play music from their cars at full volume until morning hours (maybe because of payday -- long queues at ATMs that day?).

Report Check-In

Well maintained sites with pinnacle and braai in nice environment. Only cold showers, electricity not operational. Ablutions poorly maintained. When we left in the morning four individuals were sweeping leaves, but half of the showers has no complete doors. A couple of channels with fast running water flow through the campsite. Shop in season. Swimming pool without water. Free.

This is a nice and peaceful place. There were several tent campers and one other van when we were here. The shower didn't have water and the baños were dirty. It was a little muddy because of rain. Nice and cool although only 1200m altitude. A LOT of flies!!! We enjoyed it here. Free! No water in the Pool.

Wonderful place with beautiful trees and palapas for shade. Water and forest sounds. Wild roaming horses. There was almost no one. Free. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Report Check-In

We stayed here on a Saturday night. It wasn't busy and we didn't have to pay. Nice facilities, bathrooms serviceable. We didn't try the Showers. Electricity at many sites.

Fantastic place. Close to the town. Well set up for barbecues. Bathroom is a little dingy but have had much worse. During the week and off season it was lovely and peaceful and free. I presume it can get pretty hectic at other times. No claro signal for internet unfortunately. Potable fresh water too!

Report Check-In

The campground is well maintend, facilities are still the same, unfortunately the restrooms as well. Some of the toilets and showers even don't have doors! No one came to charge the fee, so we don't know about the rates.

Very pretty shaded campground. AR/5 per person at weekend. Free during week. Electricity, picnic tables, grills, water + Swimming pool. Toilets and showers very average – no hot water. Small shop at weekends. Irrigation channels run around campground which are excellent for drowning out noise of grilling families !

Plug-ins but only cold showers (hence the 3.5) / pool / dirt lot / snack shop / ample shade Great facilities (except for the bathrooms), well outside of town. Channeled river system runs throughout the campground.

We were told AR$10 per night, but we are unsure of the actual cost as nobody came by to collect in the two nights we stayed!
