Large clean rooms, hot showers and fast wifi, with a good restaurant on site all factors that made us stay a few days. Safe parking too. Seems like price is negotiable. We paid 40000 but friends paid 35000 and I saw 30000 written in their book as well. So see if you can get a better price than us. Nice management. DOG FRIENDLY!
