This area seemed to be all private communities. We turned at the first right given to us past the actual campsite on this app (should be just before the entrance of a gated community blocking the end of the road. Seemed to be a dumping ground to one side but the other is nice to walk with a dog. Echoing previous comments on parking on high ground to avoid tides.
Report Check-InNow has a locked gate with Private Property sign. We went back and took the entrance just before - it’s a bumpy/rocky road leading up to the water. Would recommend high clearance & 4x4 but not necessary - though the sand was soft in some places.
Watch the tides & park on high ground! The water rises up a lot and in our case, even flooded the street leading up to the beach. We had to leave and thankfully got out to the road and just parked in front of someone’s home for the night (we asked permission).
