Carsten is a German trained mechanic that used to work for Mercedes. He is extremely competent and helpful.

He actually helped me weld a leaking radiator on my motorbike. He went over and beyond to ensure the repair was done very quickly, even taking the radiator out for me after sunset so it could be dealt with first thing in the morning.

We paid 450 $ to repair springs on our truck and shock absorber and some welding at the back. So good price but they said 4 days work and it was finally 9... So be careful about the delay.

Competent staff and very friendly manager. Came here at the last minute and still agreed to look after our Sprinter.
The manager seems to have a lot of work to do, so it's best to contact him on WhatsApp beforehand.

I hate to leave negative reviews but I really cannot recommend this shop. Every issue that we had was not resolved and we ended up taking the truck back twice to no avail. One days work turned into 4 days work and our fuel tank still leaks, secondary fuel gauge still not working. Was a huge waste of time and money.

Carsten is a nice person and a really good professional.

He knows a lot of our mercedes 1120AF and its engine OM366LA.

We did a big service and he repaired our butterfly valve with a great solution because was impossible to find the spare part!

We have had a very good experience with Karsten and his team. We had a problem with the drive shaft and he helped us instantaneously, although he is very busy in general. He has a long lasting experience and very deep knowledge, which he shared on his team members, who all are also very qualified. They repaired the drive shaft (and in addition an engine oil change) in half a day at a very fair price. Afterwards we continued our journey in our Mercedes Sprinter 6x6 in a very good and safe mood.

Really good place if you have some problems with your Mercedes, both truck and 4x4. We had some electrical problems with our Mercedes G and drove by Cartsen and his team. After the first analysis, he called a very experienced electrician to help us out: Mr. Tobias Malama. Together with him we figured out a solution, and we could drive again. Mr. Malama is a very good electrical specialist. So if you have an problem, go visit Cartsen and Tobias.

Yes, Carsten is a really nice guy and he made a plan when I was not sure what to do anymore and welded my cracked chassis. I could even spend the next 2 nights at the workshop in my car while they worked on it. The price was reasonable as well so I can really recommend him and his team!

This business has no signage, but is still there. Very helpful. We rolled in with a broken throttle cable. They got us taken care of and on our way as fast as they could for having to search out a proper cable. Very nice people all around.

Great place to get work done on your vehicle, Carsten got us up and running in our Daf truck very quickly, also got them to do s few other smaller jobs, reasonable prices and good guys. Also does a lot of smaller stuff like Land Cruisers and Patrols etc. Quite close to Eureka Campsite (about 7km) and saves going right into Lusaka
