We came here for our final organisation with Evelyn. Smooth and clear process. We had to pay in cash, because the forget us to told us in advande how to pay ... but it works. Om ATMs you can mostly get 2 x 500$ per creditcard/day.

If you are even thinking about using WWL, think again. This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle and I had good reviews from other people who used WWL. They are the worst and I would not recommend them to anyone. I would rather lick all the bathrooms in Grand Central Station with my tongue then use their services. Evelyn is great and I only have good things to say about her but only because she knows her company made a mistake 4 times costing us extra days in colombia waiting for correct papers They messed up the van on my draft bill of lading and I corrected it. Once I got the correction I thought I was good to go. Unfortunately they never updated the database with my correct Vin number so I end up with incorrect paperwork at the port in Panama which had to be corrected. I thought the second time they would’ve updated the database but once again they did not. I get to Columbia and my bill of lading is incorrect. that’s causing me extra days and lots of run around to try and get the correct paperwork. All because WWL did not do a thorough job the very first time.

DON'T USE WWL OR NAVES! Try Evergreen instead.
Evelyn from WWL Panama, lied to us saying that getting an agent in Colombia is compulsory.
This is not true! We have done the process by ourselves by asking them we don't want to pay 200USD for the agent. However they won't like it so don't expect much help from neither Naves or WWL.
if you're going from Panama to Cartagena, send Naves an email with your passport asking to put the BL and invoice in your name so you can pick it up at their office and pay at the bank when to you arrive.
We spent a whole day at Naves office in Cartagena trying to get them change the invoice to our name.
if WWL Panama had told us in advance, we would have saved one day.

Correct coordinates are 8.92809, -79.59258. Building 3815. The parking lot behind the building doesn't have a height restriction and costs 0,03 $ per minute, first 30 minutes are free. Barwil offers RoRo, LoLo and container shipping to Cartagena. Our contact did not speak English very well. Supposedly the shipping takes 1 day plus 3 days before in Colon and 1 day afterwards in Cartagena.

We are shipping from Colon to Zeebrugge, Belgium. Our contact was Argentina, a sweet girl who hardly speaks English. We spent 1,5 hour on our first visit, waiting for a bill of lading needed for inspection. It cost a lot of time, because we did not understand each other. Even when trying in Spanish. When she said inspection scheduled for the next day, we thought the car had to be clean. We asked and she said yes. Wow, stress all of a sudden. It turns out the inspection is just police inspection, to verify you are exporting the car you drove into the country. So no detailing of the car needed yet. After police inspection the next day we returned to Barwill to pay and more paperwork. Make sure you ask for a map to find the office in Colon. You will get the name of the person that will be your handler there.
