Large grass parking area with a bit of shade on one side. The beach (Lake Winnipeg) is approx 100 yards from the parking area. Be aware it is a nude beach. There are many regulars who come for the day, but they usually walk far down the beach. (Turn left from the parking lot.) FYI, there may be some action going on in the bushes at the far end, mostly a gay hangout. May not be the place for a family outing. Very quiet here right now, just chilling by my van.

Nice beach.
Lots of visitors. Not many bugs on that particular night.
We weren't able to access this spot today due to the road being flooded. Locals told us that based on the wind direction, water will be pushed into the land around the beach and floods the road. So watch the wind and weather before and during your planned stay.
We found an alternative public spot on the beginning of the gravel road.
