I have a little to add to the spamitall review below. Fenced parking areas fairly level and tents down near Lakeside. we enjoyed various species of birds, enjoying the berry bushes this time of year. t-Mobile showing one bar, but delivering no service.
Report Check-InAgree with the last reviewer. Toilets were clean. Reservoir was a bit mucky. Crazy mosquitos!
Great for an overnight for sure!
Report Check-InSmall reservoir, drive across dam to arrive at campground. Pretty wide open grassland type camping, some sites have small conifers, maybe 20’–25’ tall. Not a lot of shade, but some spaces have a little. Hills around for hiking, both sides of lake.
Day use area has covered picnic tables pit toilets. Camping; Tables, fire rings, pretty level parking spaces. Wood on tables is pretty deteriorated. $10 RVs $5 tents. Some spaces close to lake, single water faucet at far end of campground next to pit toilets. Drinking fountain, and hose threads on faucet. About 10’ from parking area. No Verizon cell coverage, but hiked to ridge above camp for one bar, not strong enough for web, though some sites managed to load over time. No pull through sites.
Quiet, two rv campers present.
