Description
Nice campsite between Chipata and South Luanga Gate. Camp is basic - no electricity, no hot water. Very friendly staff, supplied us with firewood, guard is around the whole night. There’s a little bar as well. Good place for a stopover. Camping is KWH 150,-, Chalet KWH 250-. If you like to support the local community, stay for a night.

Wonderful stay with Maggie. A charming lady with a basic, clean, welcoming campsite. We slept like logs.
Report Check-In150kwpp to camp. basic facilities but nice owner who is very friendly. large beers 20-30kw. if you let them know early enough they can make you an African dinner with vegetables, eggs and nshima for 25kw maybe they cook something different on other nights). perfect place for cyclists between mfuwe and chipata

Maggie is a lovely lady and her family and staff are super friendly.
Good quite place to stop and the food was lovely.

This is real living off the land.
