It's a quiet area with a park and places for diferents sports. We spent 2 night here and nobody bother us. felt safe. Neighborhood are very friendly. There are toilets for 3 pesos near the playground.

I came here and stayed last night. I was here around 6:30 pm so the place was very busy. Ample parking. The baseball stadium had 2 security officers, so I asked them but they were not sure so they asked their supervisor if it was okay. It was fine but he wanted them to make sure I was a tourist and my car was legal in MX, which it was. After sending photos of passport and TIP I was all good to park. it's really safe place, just park n do not even ask anyone. If you are parked in front of stadium Llike the photis shows, I will ask them.
