Some of the biggest meteorites in the world (among which the 2nd and 3 biggest) fell here and for display outside the museum in the park.

Excellent museum. As well as free camping.

Excellent museum. I was told the price would go up to ARG$500 as July 24th, 2023. Still a bargain for such an interesting place.

very interesting place, well-done museum, good movie with english subtitles. Meteorites in the park, some craters within a few miles distance, maybe the most interesting is #13, la sorpresa, with the meteorite “William Cassidy” still in the place where it was found.

Entrance is still 200 pesos! Was not expecting this kind of modern museum here, excellent! Includes a very dramatic short movie screening… looks like our days are numbered :-o Worth the stop if you are in the area.

Nous avons aussi dormi ici avec notre big rig gratuitement, sous les arbres aux multiples nids de perroquet/perruche.
There is possibility to plug your car with electricity, if needed.
There are big area to camp with tent too.

we stayed here with our RV overnight for free. all facilitys are closed. its a quiet place with many birds around.

beautiful place to visit! lots of huge meteorits in a wood. the rocks are till 37'000 kg of weight. many birds and trees. you can do a round-walk for 20 minutes. the place has toilets for visitors and a information-centre for tourists. we recommend this fantastic place from space!
