Caravan Camping | Established Campground

There's actually two campgrounds on this island. The coordinates noted here are for Prague Camp but the other one is a bit further up the island and is called Caravan Park. We went to Prague Camp. The front desk requires registration and they speak English. Grassy pitches with power. Hot showers, bathrooms, fast WiFi, a little river front bar, access to a washer and dryer ( extra fee) and cassette dumping. Some road noise from the mainland but not too bad. 4G signal. 3 minute walk to tram and/or passenger ferry. You need coins for ferry but you can purchase tickets at a machine on the tram. Note: public transit free for over 65. We paid 770 kc a night for 2 people, and a campervan with power (about 32.50 eu).

Great place to stay, if you want to visit Prague, even there is some street noise. It's directly at the riverfront. At the end of the island (ca 900m) there is a little ferry (12 persons) , which brings you to the other side, from there easy to walk to the old Town along the river. Or you can take the tram from main road near the camping (ca 500m), which brings you to Petrinska hill or Karluv Bridge or wherever (all infos at reception)
2 persons in a van, no electricity 500 CZK. (For pedestrians the gate is always open)

The caravan camping is on a little island in the middle of town!! (Address: Cisarska Louka 162, prag) we payed 460 CZK for 2 persons and our camper van! Shower and fresh water etc. service is in price included! If you are a ADAC member you will get a discount!
