free campsite on Escalante Overlook Rd (on Google maps, called 123 Rd). There is one earlier on the road and some later by the river that are also on iOverlander. Stayed two nights, saw very few people. Able to leave trailer here during the day to explore Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Ouray. Dogs loved running around. The road gets worse the further down you go, but it was fine 2wd up to here.
