Description
We asked to the touristic police where we could overnight and they absolutely want to find a close area. So we sleep in the entrance of the municipal stadium at few steps from plaza with lot of food stands. A little bite noisy but in the heart of the city. All the town is safe, you can find your own place. Police is very (too much ?) helpfull :-) Policewomen kissed us when they went away !
Road from Huancayo to Huancavelica is in good condition for all kind of vehicules (easily made with rv 21 feets). Beautifull views with lamas and alpagas !

Spent two nights there during " la semana Santa"...
Very tricky parking. Extremely noisy the first night as it was the holy week and drunk people spent the whole night 20 m away from the camper, shouting and drinking. However, we didnt feel unsecure as we we were in front of the police station.
2nd night was much quieter.
The police station has got a external water pipe , so we could refill our tank with water.
