RestStop clearly states free short term Camping. Just off highway. Large green area with covered picnic tables, designated camping area with firepits. Firewood and pit toilets. Toilet not very clean. I would assume pet friendly.

Free big rest area with electricity, firepits, pit toilet, gazebo and pic nic table. It could be awesome but… there is a lot of noise for a soooooo little city …We slept two nights and wake up by train twice in a night: first night one at 4 a.m and one at 6 a.m., second night one at 1 a.m and one at 5 a.m so you can’t predict when trains will pass. the neighbors put their dogs outside during a long time on evening, non stop barking until around 9p.m.
Ok for one or two nights if you have no choice.
A small campground with only three spots, I had the place to myself. The mosquitoes only came out at nightfall. I did have to endure an hour of barking/howling dogs nearby but it's a quiet place besides the occasional passing car.
The shelter has several picnic tables!
I'm not adding this place to Google Maps because it would be flooded as it's free.
Report Check-Inreally nice place. many site are levelled for big rig. very quiet but next to train (only one when we were there). picnic tables, pit toilet and electricity!!!
Report Check-InVery nice big field with a central shelter, volleyball field, porta potty, garbage and recycling bins and multiple fire pits. Right next to road but very quiet. No running water but sockets in shelter.

Report Check-InNot a bad spot for a night. We pulled in at 3:00 and the mosquitoes swarmed us but they left within minutes. We'll see what it's like in the evening; there are a few pools of standing water.
