This place is at the Thermas Umiri. Not here.

Report Check-In

The thermas are not modern but really clean. We paid 20 pesos for 2 people and 1 hour in the private pool. There is also a small kiosk. The large swimming pool is only open on weekends. We asked the nice lady if we could stay with our truck and it was not a problem. We stayed 2 nights.

Report Check-In

Arrived by bicycle at sunset, the road into town was extremely windy and I asked if I could shield my tent behind a wall outside. The owners instead offered to host me inside the facility, where it was much warmer and protected. They gave me a spare straw mattress in a corner of the main hall, a place to store the bike, and some food. This is a family-run business and they were just closing up. In exchange for their generosity, I offered to help mop the floors and pick up trash. In the morning. I also offered some palta (avocado) that I had brought along.

Because it's a bath house, there are quite a few doors and strong winds could still get under the roof and slam them. Noise echoes across the hall, many of the toilets were in disrepair, and potable water was scarce. The faculty is located right off the highway, so there are many visitors during business hours and traffic passes frequently throughout the night.

However, it's important to consider that this is a facility operating in a low-income community, so don't expect fancy amenities or spa-quality experience from a community doing its best on a limited budget. It should go without saying, but if they offer to keep you inside, offer something in return.

That being said, it's a pretty nice place for its location and the family that runs it is kind, generous, and hard-working. I was able to spend a comfortable evening indoors and recharge my phone. There's even a little tienda to buy snacks inside. Of course, you can take a warm, spring-fed bath as well!

Help. This place is disgusting. We came to sleep in front to take a shower the next day before going to the salt desert, where the showers sound hard to find mostly during Covid. The night was quiet enough without much passage. There was a great playground for children on which I would have a lot of fun being small. We are going to enjoy the thermal waters but we would have done better to continue our road. 10BB per person for 1h and 5bb per person for 30mins. The baths on the color of the urine, and the toilets are paying so I let you imagine the number of people peeing in the bath. The baths are never empty and dirt glue on the wall. We had the impression of taking a bath in people's pee. Coming time to take a shower, the shower does not work. I'm going to ask 3 times and after 45 mins the staff wanted to activate the pump. They offered me to wash me directly in the bath with my shampoo and soaps, but it was out of the question to wash me in the water bath. The manager began to become unpleasant to see him from his family when I had the back turned. We were finally we washed, but with salt water because it pumped the water from the source, it is already better than nothing we were not going to complain again! The evacuation of the shower was clogged so all the foam go in the bath but as they had proposed to wash me directly in I told myself not a problem it will leave by the evacuation hole. Hardly exit and back to the van, the manager returned us ask for money for the water, honestly I unknown to everyone to put a foot in such a dirty place.

What a nice place ! For 5bol you have access to a big private cabin with hot shower (not a lot of pressure but ok), and a big thermal pool. On the dust parking there are trash cans and many hot thermal water taps where locals come to wash their clothes. We didn’t sleep here but we really enjoyed this place after several days without access to shower! Not very sexy or very clean but it is very cheap and many locals come here! Of course come here only if you need to wash yourself

Report Check-In

Parking free, but not good levelled. Lots of trucks passing during the night.
No water in the public pool, the water in the private pools was very dirty. Showers cold. 5 Bol pp.

Report Check-In

Nice thermal bad! There is an indoor swimming pool which costs 4Bol pp, and comes with dressing rooms and hot showers! You can also take a private bath which is 5Bol pp for 30 minutes. There's a 'restaurant' and a tiny shop inside as well. Outside there is a nice children's playground and a place for washing cloths/dishes etc with continuous war water!

Report Check-In

bains d'eau chaude individuels avec douche. 10 bls pp pour une heure. 5 bls pour 30 min. enfants gratuits. Pas restés pour la nuit car lieu sale et mauvaises odeurs

Report Check-In

quiet night but very dirty place with a lot of trash in the playground !

Report Check-In

Nice spot for the night, free, quiet and level area for 3 cars, but much more space if you don't mind a slope. We used the baths; they were warm but probably wouldn't again--water was quite dirty. 5 Bols per person to use baths or shower. There was a lot of rubbish in the parking lot so we picked up a bag before we left.

Report Check-In

Quiet place. We didn't visit the bath, so we can't comment on them.

Stayed on the parking of this public bathhouse. A lot of locals and truck drivers come here to wash clothes (outside at the spring) and themselves for less then 10 bols, so did we.

Report Check-In

Public thermal baths, old school architecture and awesome kids of the administration lady. Free sleep inside and free bath... Recommended in the early morning when the water is new and unused

Report Check-In

Looks like a public bathhouse. Toilets are 1 B. Unsure about baths as we didn't shower (water didn't look clean). There is a place outside where you can do laundry with warm water. Camping is free, no signs of a restaurant. There is a tiny local restaurant by the police station in town, 10 B for soup, main dish and tee. We can't cook cheaper!
