Free, good pressure, filtration recommended

Still a good place to get some water. Asked some workers around the place and they said no problem. Note that you can't park near the water tap. Good for filling up a jug of water or two, not an RV tank.

We came in looking for water (not potable). Two man’s where working in the park, so I asked if we could fill up our thank, they said yes, they were super nice. We bought stuff from the store as a thank you.

The tap is on the north side of the square at ground level. You'll need a hose or small container to get it in to your rig. I see particles floating around in it so I reccomended filtering it.

The tap is just on the side of the central square. Local police told us it was ok to take water from here.

Santiago is a lovely small town too. Worth the stop.

Just went here to refill all our water. The guy told us its fine to drink. Free!

We have a hose and a Life Saver Jerry can to filter water. at town square across from mercadito
