There are a few more scratches on my van, but I guess that’s what it’s all about, right?!
A local couple showed up in their car, and there would’ve been room for both of us, but they said they knew of a few spots and left. It was very peaceful all night, hearing only the ocean.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
A big tree fell on the « road » not accessible anymore, and I have a feeling they’ll leave it that way!
Report Check-InWe stayed here 1 night with 2 vehicles with roof top tents with no issues other then the entry and exit 😂 if you’re worried about scratches DO NOT ENTER. Other then that amazing spot there was a fire pit but we used a fire can.
Report Check-InWhat a gem! Clean, quiet, private, and wild! With an ocean view! Keep it clean and come with gratitude
Report Check-InGo in at your own risk… yes we got scratches… yes it was scary. But we made it and safe to say it was worth it based on what’s available around here!
Report Check-InRoad in is definitely overgrown and will scratch up your car. But we made it through and it was worth it for the view! Super quiet and peaceful! We stayed for one night and did not run into anyone else.
Report Check-InI think i have a few more scratches on my van, but definitely a beautiful, peaceful spot. A local in his small car came but left, saying he knew a few places like this one.
Report Check-InThis is on Quinault reservation land. Move on to a spot up the road to be respectful.
Report Check-InWonderful narrow track off highway 101 towards the ocean. It's heavily overgrown so a large rig could only go about 100 ft from the highway, where there is still road noise but you're hidden from view. Bicycles, motorbikes or potentially even a narrow 4x4 could continue c. 1000 ft to an epic tent camping clearing with a fire ring overlooking the beach. An even more overgrown footpath continues down to a deserted beach rivaling Rialto. The track has no turnaround, and some mud ruts further down. No signs or gates. 3 bars Verizon.
