Asked for fruits and vegetables. (Said no, as I didn't had some) Had to open the camper, but they did not really look inside.

Asked for fruit or vegetables. We said pepino, it was ok. We hiden somes fruits and veggies. They didn’t go in the camper. The end that asks some cigarette…but not have.

Check in Senasa coming from Bolivia or Puno for fruits and vegetables. They wanted to go in our motorhome but did not open any drawer or fridg. Since Aduana between Bolivia and Peru we kept our fruits and vegetables hiden on case....(at the border they checker fridg and drawers)

Although the officer wanted all our agricultural products, we insisted that the check point is for fruits only. Reluctantly, he agreed and we could keep all our vegetables, meats, cheeses, milk, etc.

They stopped us as there is a cone in the road and you cannot pass without speaking to the senasa. They asked if we had fruit, we said no, they said gracias and listo and moved the cone for us to pass. Just say you have no fruit. They didn’t ask to search.

Coming from Puno you are not allowed to bring 'frutas o verduras' with you. However, they didn't investigated too much ...
