did not see any signs of no camping. there was a camper van and a tent set up as well. windy but beautiful!

Great spot at the end of a public road. I stumbled upon this spot while fly fishing in the area. I didn't see any posted signs. Very quiet and d looks like the locals drive out on the beach.

Slept here last night in our 23 foot sprinter. Did not see any signs of “no parking”. There is some road work. I would recommend space for only one RV here.

Very nice, quiet beach. Was super windy when I visited but still beautiful.

bonne place où passer la nuit, attention au sable on pourrait s'enliser ! nous étions en berline

There now is a no overnight camping sign. So we decided not to stay the night. The area is beautiful, great place to spend the day.

Definitely a great place to be in order to explore the park. You’re just outside of it. I would suggest showing up no earlier than 7pm though, as the parking is very tiny, and this is a beach that the locals go to. It is fine to camp there, but some of the locals were getting a little upset because many RVs would come earlier in the day leaving them no place for the locals to park and enjoy the beach. But we stayed here for 2 nights! Definitely a safe and beautiful spot. Just be aware that some of the locals are starting to get a little upset by the amount of RVs that will clog up the really tiny parking space.

Nice place for my rigs!!!
Vraiment hot, et gratuit en plus!!!

It is as described. It seems a popular spot to let the dogs run loose and the were many. We did not see anyone pick up the dog exhaust though. Lovely view, quiet and everyone was friendly.

Really nice spot but had a park ranger coming to us saying we shouldn't be camping there, although he let us stay for the night.

Small but very beautiful! Canada Park Warden Visit us. By the Camper just a Hello. By the Tent he talking a bit longer. At the end just smalltalk.

What a beautiful spot! This is exactly what we were looking for, one side you have the highland hills and trees and the other, the sea and cliffs.
We camped here for one night and had a fire and watched the sunset, best night so far! A few people came and went for fishing but all seemed friendly and there wasn’t any hassle for us to stay. No amenities but it’s worth the visit if you can!

Very lovely place, can be very windy. There is a level grass patch right next to the ocean. Absolutely quiet during the night except for the surf :)

Nice, quiet spot. Good, hard packed parking area right before the loose beach. Be great for trucks/vans. No one around for the 12+ hours we parked there

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot, dogs allowed and don’t need to be leashed. Locals came by and had a fire on the beach, so cool and friendly. Other vans were parked there as well, careful not to go on the beach unless you have a 4x4, had to help some people get unstuck. Gorgeous sunset!! Visitor centre 1 km away in the park for restrooms and garbage disposal.

Super spot, some residents before the sunset but then not a noise, I slept the doors wide open. Showers available at the PN camp a few miles away.

super spot, certains résidents avant le coucher de soleil mais ensuite pas un bruit, j'ai dormi les portes grandes ouvertes. Douches disponibles au camping du PN à quelques km de là.

Nice place, directly by the sea.
Quiet.
Few km of unpaved road before arriving

Report Check-In

Really nice, quiet spot by the beach. Few locals around in the late afternoon walking their dogs, other than that super quiet. Great spot to watch the sunset. One other camper when I was there.

Très bel emplacement, très calme et très venteux lors de notre bivouac. Pas adapté aux gros véhicule.

Found that place with iOverlander and we weren't disappointed! we had the spot all for ourselves! it's not close to any house. It's almost on the beach. We did a little bonfire and enjoyed the stars. Perfect night!
