Ecuador
Every Thursday morning there is a big market with native animals (e.g. cows, pigs, sheep, lamas, etc.). The native people are traditionally dressed. The market starts early in the morning and finishes around 11am. So don't be late.

Very nice animal market all the Thursday morning . We are arrived at 8:30 AM and the activity was already important. You will find here pig, cow lama, sheep ... but no small animals. The majority of those present are indigenous, they wear their traditional clothes, it's very pretty. It is a little paradise for photographers. After this visit I recommend you to go in the center of the village, on Plaza Kennedy and Plaza Gran Colombia, you will find a nice market with really cheap food. People here wear also traditional clothes. On Plaza Gran Colombia you can find good street food for 2$US.
Report Check-InWe left at 11 and it was still packed, no way they left before 12 or 13. Must depend of the day
