Something not right?

Description

We were looking for the place indicated on post Beach North of Taltal, but we turned right on the PARE red sign, followed the gravel tracks that go down to the sea and found this wind covered spot, great view of the Caleta above the cliff, barely visible from the road, 2wd accesible, no amenities but total solitude guaranted.

Beautiful but one big mountain of garbage! We usually collect all the garbage we find in order to leave the place nicer than before we came but this is impossible! So so sad!

an amazing place to spend a night. was completely alone with only the waves and the birds at the background. note the entrance to the is slightly hard to notice from the road.

great spot I recommand. if you push bit further you're totally hidden from the main road even if there is no much traffic

Report Check-In

Right off Ruta 1 but hidden by rocks (could be seen at a long distance from farther up the road though). Quiet, lots of birds, nice ocean noises. We heard thumping on our car at night and got scared but looked and there was no one. We think it was birds landing on the car. A fair amount of trash unfortunately.

Awesome place with plenty of hidden spots. Nice sunset.

Report Check-In

A beautiful and tranquil place to spend the night. Nothing but the sound of the ocean. There are solid gravel tracks that lead through the area, perfectly fine for normal cars. Unfortunately, there is also a lot of garbage though.

Wild camping on the cliff. There are heaps of spots to camp just follow the gravel road till you find a place that suits. It's quiet and sheltered from the road and wind. Not a bad view either.
