Good site. As people say nothing is level. It was -15°c overnight which was bloody cold, so just be prepared if you're coming later in the Fall.

Report Check-In

Forest service free camp.Absolutely nothing is level (7.75in tilt on my trailer), there is a pit toilet here. A lot of traffic.
I highly recommend going to the camp just up the hill with awesome views, level sites, 5th wheels can easily make it. Road is fine with some bumps but nothing bad... next time I will.

Report Check-In

Superbe endroit juste à côté du parc National Grand Teton, en plus c’est gratuit! Il y a 27 sites et certains peuvent accueillir, plus qu’une roulotte/Van/tente ou autres. Pourquoi aller payer ailleurs?

Report Check-In

Nice spot to spend the night at Grand Teton. I could see the mountain from here and enjoyed the sunset. Some bugs (mosquitoes) are present but manageable with bug net. Verizon 4G LTE 2 bars... enough to browse around and check emails. There are about 10 other cars/camper vans.

Report Check-In

We’ve stayed here a few times. The space we are in currently says it is for vans and tents only (no RVs) although there are RV’s around the area. Great views of the Tetons and away from any road noise. No services, but it’s a great spot for a quick stop in the Tetons.

Report Check-In

very nice ans quiet place. during the high season.you can stay 5 days max. one toilet, no water. come early to find a place, a lot of people !

Report Check-In

Free for 5 days pit toilets no water or electric great views

Report Check-In

Nice spot with amazing views on the mountains from spot 6 where we were at. Can get windy and be bear aware. Make sure to arrive on time during high season. It can get quite busy here because it is so close to the national park.

Report Check-In

Stayed at site 19 in a 26ft bus, some power lines in the view but still an amazing view especially sunrise! Was able to see the milky way at night. 19 was a pretty private site. Worth the drive up the hill

Report Check-In

stayed a couple days great view no service

Report Check-In

Went there around 5 pm to find a spot to sleep. Unfortunately, people come herein the morning, leave chairs and jug of water behind to make it clear the spot is taken, and then leave. So it is kind of hard to find a spot. Few of them are level, and most of them are shared. When you wake up, you end up seeing twice as much people as when you went to sleep. Pit toilet at the entrance only. Amazing view and sunrise on the Grand Teton.

Report Check-In

Decent spot to camp for a night. Was fairly busy both nights we came but you can pretty much always get a spot among other vehicles.

Report Check-In

Great place to spend the night or two. I pulled in on Saturday night around 9 pm and found a spot to park our suv. Large gravel lot that fits plenty of cars and RVs. It gets crowded and there really isn’t any privacy but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Report Check-In

Pulled in around 7pm parked in an area designated for tents and vans. With a cell boost I’m getting fast speeds with visible powered by Verizon

Report Check-In

Arrive early, or get lucky.
My opinion, campsite 8-16 have the best view, but are closer together.
After campsite 23 it gets muddy in some spots depending on rain.
Watch for deer in the road.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for the five day limit. The first two sites, the lower parking lot and the upper parking lot were a zoo. You may see 20 people camped when you go to bed and wake up to find 50 or more. Drivers were racing through the parking lot and up the gravel/dirt road constantly. The toilet was closed because it had not been pumped. I finally went further up and found a place that was perfect. If you go up the dirt road remember it’s dispersed camping in numbered sites only. The campground host inspects several times a day. No views of the Tetons, because of the wildfire smoke from Canadian and Montana wildfires. My only complaint once I found a quieter campsite up the road, was too many people were pooping on the ground and not burying their waste. Come on people, use a trowel and dig a cat hole! YIKES!!

Report Check-In

Great location with pit toilet at first area. Views just get better the farther up you go. Verizon was in and out at the second large area.

Report Check-In

Ideally we'd find a more private spot, but this worked for what we needed. Nice large lot to fit plenty of vehicles. A bit unlevel where we were but it wasn't bad enough to dig out our leveling blocks.

Report Check-In

Great spot with lots of choices. We stayed 3 nights in different areas, first secluded down dirt road but left early am due to rain and being in a Prius, second night we got back late and opted for the lower main parking area, and finally we got a spot in the big upper lot with a beautiful view of the mountains. Several people each time but always friendly. Roads are a bit rough but you can make it if you take it slow

Report Check-In

Bridgerton-Teton NF designated dispersed camping, a stones throw from Grand Teton. There is a fine open lot w outhouse, mostly for RVs, then to left grassy area and parking for all styles camping - spot for tents and a number of folks pull in late and just sleep after long day at Tetons. Great access here w view of Tetons. Further up there are many spots for all kinds of camping, just restricte to designated spots - the road is rough and dusty but all kinds of big rigs go up. For the dust and the time to go up and down, down her w outhouse is preferable for me - folks are friendly and there is even a camp host (likely enforcing 5 day limit) - but all free and ATT signal.

Report Check-In

Camp in designated spots; some can hold 10 vehicles. Spots 2 & 3 are very unlevel but have a great view of the Tetons. LOTS of mosquitoes. T-mobile is roaming.

Report Check-In

See the Tetons from here... Prepare for some mosquitoes though.

Report Check-In

excellent large spot graveled multiple campers can fit in here, great view the mountains. it's just a short piece to the main highway.

Report Check-In

closed due to construction equipment in the area, closed until further notice

Report Check-In

Spots are muddy and forest rd that continues up is closed for winter.

Report Check-In

Campsite is great! For those going to the top - LEFT at the fork and keep going! My advice would be to go before dusk and be aware of potholes if you are driving a lower vehicle. Lots of space at top, bottom looks like it fills quickly. Porta potties are at the bottom of the hill in the first little lot and I don't think there are any up top, so be aware if you camp up top that you will need an alternative for this! I think the sign said no fires, either. Beautiful view of stars at midnight and tetons in the AM. Quiet & secluded!

Report Check-In

Beautiful view, pretty cold at night though!

Report Check-In

Great spot. And did I mention I love free, so I definitely can’t complain much. Plenty of spots down below, I heard there are more spots up the road if the lower lot is full. Great view of the mountains too.

Report Check-In

Convenient and great spot to camp. There are a ton of spots. It’s very popular so if you get in late, a spot is not guaranteed.

Report Check-In

Great spot for free camping near Grand Tetons and Yellowstone! (Lots of mosquitos) Signs on the way up say to camp in designated spots- there was a sign that said ‘campsite full’ when we got there around 10pm but we gave it a shot and found a spot no problem!

Report Check-In

Nice free spot 10min from grand teton NP entrance

Report Check-In

We stayed much further down the road. No issues with a 2wd van. LOTS of mosquitos— be prepared!!! Great spot otherwise. A very rude person honked his horn repeatedly in the morning because he felt we were in on “his” land when it was clearly public forest lands. So I guess be ready for characters??

Report Check-In

National camping. Near the grand teton. View. Only on spots designated along the dirt road. Lot of spots. Already lot of people but you can find space. No amenities. Free. Need high clearance.

Report Check-In

This is the first and last spot to park on this forest road as it is closed for the winter. Still a lot of snow up the mountain
@seawardshuttle

Report Check-In

As reported, great location. We came in at nite and woke up to an awesome view of the Tetons . We enjoyed a full moon over the mtn last nite as well .a lot of ppl are here , but it is nice and quiet and chill vibe !
Highly recommended!

Report Check-In

wow. This is hands down the best place we have ever stayed. the views are incredible. there is a pullout on the left when you first arrive at the Forest Road. trust me when I say keep going up the hill. you will reach a Y and stay to the left. there are plenty of spots. we drove our 2WD Sprinter van and had zero issues. supposedly if you go to the top to site 27 the views are even better - but they were just as good where we stayed. super quiet and plenty of space to let the doggies run! Verizon service was good with 2 to 3 bars.

Report Check-In

Nice free camping just outside the main road of the park. Many spots with fire rings and space for big campers too. Max stay is 5 days, we stayed 2. Plenty of other spots further up the road as well. View of the Tetons, but better views up the road. They were just taken. Service for both AT&T and Verizon.

Report Check-In

Currently limit is 5 days. We stayed here 4 nights total, over the course of a week. Great little spot. We stayed in the “lot” to the right(little to no view of Tetons). Not super level but if you have levelers you should be good. To the left there are sites along a creek more in the woods (Some have view of Tetons. If you choose this route I recommend scoping it out on foot first since some rigs might not make it. There is a ditch that you have to go over from the very beginning of the lot, and many rigs will still scrape here if you are low. We did not check out the spots further up the hill, but they sounded beautiful and fit 80+ rigs according to a camp host type person who was driving around in a cart. Was very quiet at night since it is away from the main road. Some campers roll in late though so you will hear them pass from time to time.

Report Check-In

We got here at 7pm and had 7 other campers here, this morning there are at least 11 pull trailers, RVers, and car campers. Popular site but we had no issues with noise. Views are great. Signage says 5 days max stay. I had decent Verizon signal.

Report Check-In

Pulled into the first big area plenty of others around and if you go further up the road I’m sure there’s plenty more (camper board says there are). My maps however, took me to the entrance of a private lodging/ horse farm (big wood frame entrance) don’t take this way (maps thinks it’s a shortcut but it’s private property) so head down further to this exact road (Bush Creek Rd) and simply head straight up

Report Check-In

Great location. Early May the forest road is still closed. Muddy and snowy road.

Report Check-In

Nice open area above the Teton Valley. Official National Forest Camp, just follow the street upward the hill and keep left at the fork. Fire rings and a bear box to share, but no other facilities there.

Report Check-In

Awesome spot just off the main road and super close to Teton National Park entrance. Quiet and peaceful with fantastic views of Grand Teton.
Plenty of spots to choose from, with quite a few being suitable for bigger R.Vs. Stone firepits at most sights.
Max 16 nights stay...

Report Check-In

Great spot. Easy access for 2wd. My 28’ travel trailer had no problems. Verizon lte with 4bars. Very close to Teton entrance. Beautiful view of the Tetons.

Report Check-In

Great place. Don't other going up as on top not better.

Report Check-In

Great spot near the main road, wonderful view

Report Check-In

This time there is no snow and we could better see the underground to find the best spots for 2 RVs.

Report Check-In

Multiple big areas where you can stay. Everything covered with snow. Since we couldn't see the underground we didn't drive too far.

Report Check-In

great place. we juste use parking place and its better than campground in the park (30$ without shower, more expensive than yellowstone!)

Report Check-In

Nice view of Grand Teton, nice place to sleep with place to fire. Near park entrance.
