When we went there we saw gates and men near them spoke only Spanish and said that 1 night costs 150 peso or 10$. There is no shower, but there are flash toilet and electricity. Later this evening came a local guy who said that this is private property and the owner is out of city and that he is not sure about us staying here. The place is beautiful: a lot of flowers and supermarket only 7 min driving
