Clean room, cold shower, WiFi, air con. Nice place, if relatively expensive.
EDIT: The rooms aren't very well sound-proofed so can be noisy.
Very convenient hotel, but you have to take a room even if you sleep in your car. If you are assigned a street-level room, you can park directly in front of it.
Note: there are no well-known petrol-station brands at Fonseca or to the North anymore; local people mostly buy petrol or diesel at the street stalls. If you depend on reliable-quality fuel the better get it in Valledupar.
