Stayed here a night and went into the library in the day for Internet. Parked far off in the lot and there was a security foot patrol taking photos of my vehicle when I walked back. Plenty of parking space

Got in to SD on the late side from Baja so we stayed here despite most recent check in getting hassled by cops. Saturday night and the library parking lot was totally empty but there’s a gymnasium in the same parking area that had some cars. We parked in that area and had a private night!

Arrived in the evening. The whole parking lot was empty. Within 10 minutes we had the police knocking on our window. Told us that we would blend in more at Kmart if we were looking for a place to stay. Later, we got send away at Kmart too. So we went to `parking lot discovery park' and had a great night there.

As described. Quiet place during the night. Big parking lot. Nobody bordered us. No forbidden 🚫 signs. Good place to stay for a night or more to explore the city!

Quiet, safe, free, WiFi and a lot of space. Just drive right behind the library and stay near to the library for WiFi. No signs, no police - nothing:)

as described it's a big parking lot, hidden behind the library. Perfect for a night or two and close to the city
