We entered in the park after 8pm but in the morning a ranger came to tell us to pay. So we left the park within the 2 hours he gave us to go to pay at the entrance and didn't paid anything. Anyway the park looks great but it was way better after 8 when everyone leaves than in the morning after the gate opening.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

the Cerro Guanaco is a must, and beable in 5 o 6 hours, watch out fort muddy...Senda Pampa Alta, is very interesting too.

Report Check-In

No entrance fee when we where there. Think it's free until November.
Only fews tracks where open (all for bahia lapaia and the one starting from Anklush refugio)
Easy and good gravel road in the park.
Pets are not allowed.
You have to advice them if you are staying to sleepover. Guy at the entrance very friendly but the park ranger inside is not and act as a cowboy, no reason why.

Nice park.

Report Check-In

$490 pp for 48 hours including camping. If you leave the park after 1 day and return for day 2 you get 50% discount (so better to just camp in park).
For us the Cerro Guanaco hike made the entrance price worth it, fantastic view of the surrounding area. Officially the hiking trail closes at 12:00 and you have to register but no one controlling the hike entrance, doesn’t take 8 hours as they say (4-6h depending fitness).
Nice campsite (Rio Pipo) with very clean pit toilets. Other areas of the park were very busy with tour buses.

We showed up at 10:30 PM after a few drinks on the town. They tested my bf for alcohol with a breath test machine. He did not pass. There is a zero tolerance for drinking and driving. Lucky they let us go with a warning. Great park!

Report Check-In

Price is now ARS 490 pp (max. 3 days/2 nights). Some nice trails to walk, but partially in really bad condition. Camping seems all to be free now. Fire was prohibited when we were there.

Trail Cerro Guanacho to be recommended. Hard but is worth it, because you have an amazing view on top of Cerro Guanacho.

Report Check-In

now the price is 490 arg per person!! with motorhome, you can stay 2 night and 3 days for free in the camping.

actuellement l'entrée est montée à 490 pesos par personne.. mais il est possible d'y dormir 2 nuit et rester 3 jours sans rien payer en plus. il faut être autonomes car il n'y a rien au camping, uniquement wc.

Report Check-In

we don't like to much, expensive, better take the road to estancia humberstone free, and better views.

Report Check-In

Very touristy and overpriced at least in the season. View from the airport is much better, 6 AM no cashier present.

Report Check-In

The general fee is 420 per person now. Please correct this.

Report Check-In

now the price was $450pp, very expensive, the place just have dirty toilets, no shower... the view from camp stop is nice, but I don't know if it worth...

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

The park entrance is free on low season (approximatively from march to october) and you are not limited in time, you can stay inside as long as you want.

Report Check-In

Fantastic map and info guide. We arrived in the late evening and he told us where we could camp and didn't ask for a fee. The place was empty outside of a single motorcycle camper that we saw at camp.

Report Check-In

We arrived around 9 p.m. and although there was a guardaparque standing on the road at the entrance, he waved that we could drive through, so we did, without paying! Maybe because he was on the phone or maybe it's really true that you don't pay entrancefee when you arrive after 8.30!?

Report Check-In
