Argentina
Tons of parrots here from Oct - Jan nesting in the cliffs. During low tide you can walk along the beach to see them from closer. (April, still 2-million birds hanging around)

Wonderful beach with parrots. It's amaizing want they go back at night.
Report Check-InThis is the bigest Barranquero Parrots colony. Really nice to see them and to be close to the clifts. Beautiful beaches and land cows region. Visit Carmen de Patagones and Viedma. Both interesting city’s.
Report Check-InFantastic experience. Make sure you not only watch them from the beach, but also go up to the lighthouse / the malvinas memorial at dusk, there the real magic happens when thousands of parrots go crazy and all fly around you.
Report Check-Infantastic place to see thousand parakeet nesting on the cliff.
just continu a little more after the ioverlander point to reach a nice watching spot and acces to the endless beach / cliff
Des milliers de perroquets sur la falaise.
on ne s'attend pas à voir cela ici.
venir au couché ou levé du soleil...
It's cool. I also don't know why it says Oct-Jan. I'm here in mid-April and there is still a bazillion parrots here.
Report Check-InThis place is fantastic! Don't understand why it's not in either guide book we have. Not to be missed if you're anywhere near here. And it's free! We decided to spend the night at the upper parking lot. Very windy from 2-6 am. Cell reception okay no other services. Bathrooms at lower lot were closed all day.
Report Check-In12 km off cliffs full of parots (loro baranquillo) 35.000 nests probably 70.000 birds. During daytime still a lot of activity.
Report Check-InStarting here and going south for about 10km, the cliffs serve as nesting grounds for tens of thousands of parrots. Visit in the morning for the best light and avoid high tide - the tourism office gives tide tables. I found the whole cliff area too loud to wild camp, so I went to pescadero region. But the parrots are not to be missed if you're in the region.
