Very calm, fresh and humid but great place to sleep one night !
Spent one nice evening, but then got kicked out the next day by a rancher who didn’t seem too pleased finding me there. Beautiful spot tho.
Report Check-InThese are the places we search for! Beautiful spot next to a river. There’s tons of cows that stroll by and their shepard who is nice. We stayed for two nights but could’ve stayed longer if we didn’t run out of propane. We made a fire at night next to the river; tons of free dry downed wood. Bugs are moderately bad at sunset but it’s cold enough to wear long sleeves anyway. The turn off road goes quite a ways, but we didn’t take it too far, farther down would not be visible from the road... anyway locals go to the spot on the main dirt road to swim and it seems very safe even if visible from the dirt road. The road is paved until just before (.25km) the turnoff. Very peaceful, green, and we highly recommend this spot! Check out the drone shot!
Report Check-InThis is very exposed small grassy flat spot right next to the road and there was still some traffic late at night. There is inconspicuous turn off on the left, when coming from hwy175, few meters before the bridge, after 50m there is a flat area right next to the stream. We slept here and nobody bothered us. Coordinates for this spot: N17 14.7780, W096 32.2232
