Pasamos 3 noches.

Report Check-In

Very quiet overnight stay. Not level, but not too bad. No potable water, but good toilets. We stayed in the first parking lot.
From there we saw a condor sitting on a rock. People went too close and disturbed the bird and he flew away. Not really appropiate behaviour.
Cell reception, Claro, just outside the gate, not on the parking lot.

Report Check-In

Admission and overnight stay in the park are free of charge. You have to register at the information center. Here are clean toilets, down at the parking lot is not. A little above is a campground, which is only accessible on foot. A nice hike on well maintained trail leads 6 kilometers to the viewing platform Balcon Norte, the way there and back takes 4 hours. You have to start walking before 14.00h. If you are lucky you can see condors but also many other birds.

lindo para pasar el día. se puede acampar y estacionar casa rodante. no hay proveeduría. guardaparques super buenas ondas

Report Check-In

Very quiet and peacefull night here. Husband did the lovely hike to "el Balcon", I stayed at the parking, enjoying the views and the little birds flying in and out the camper.

Report Check-In

Camping is allowed at the parking about 1km past visitors centre, where the main walking trails start. No facilities here except a river below where you could take water.

Need to stop first at visitors centre and register (or not), one ranger told us he could register us and another after our walk said there was no need.

Report Check-In

We stayed on the street to the last parking lot, there it is level.
The ranger at the entrance told us to park there because the street to the parking lot was washed out.
Nice hike, nearly 2 hours one way. We saw condors.
The rangers asked if we registered us via internet, but we did not, because we did not know. But it was no problem, he let us in - maybe there were not many people.
Still free.

Nice parking in front of visirors center. No shade. Toilets very clean open 8 to 20. Very friendly staff. Lots of condroes to see at the northern balconie.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of cars but no campers. We drove to far end of parking area and got fairly level. There are power outlets at the building which you can use to power devices but too far away to plug in vehicle. Water available. Clean bathrooms open while the visitors centre is open. No cell reception. You must register at the office to stay overnight. Super quiet. When we did the hike next morning we saw the farther parking lots which are much more level but far from bathrooms.

Report Check-In

It was a great place to stay but very few level spots. However, if it had not been for using iOverlander to the spot on our GPS, we would have gone right by it. There was no sign nor was it easy to see the road coming from the north. We drove right by and then realized it was back a ways. The road in is 2 km dirt in really bad shape.

Report Check-In

Still a superb place to stay. Still free. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hike to the quebrada del condorito (about 4-5 hours return)

Perfect Place for overnight and go hiking in this stunning nature reservate. At night it is quiet and the visitors center is closed. Please be sure, that you don not let any litter in this area. The rangers take care of this. You can use the toilets in the center and drink the natural water from the bathrooms and even the river! Be carefull of snakes.

parking of the visitor center. No shade but very quiet at night. Very good reception of the gardaparques. Sanitary open the day and possibility of having water. Another possibility to park 1 km further in the park but access is difficult. This park is also one of the few to be free. 12km AR hike to go to the condors

Report Check-In

Nice free and well maintained park where you can see a lot of condors. The first day we saw 10 at once. The way to the lookouts is nothing special but the park is worth a visit. The rangers are very nice and we could fill our water.

Report Check-In

Amazing place, so tranquil! Very nice park rangers, they filled up our water and let us use the electricity too in their office. Note that the options for super leveled parking are limited, but two vans easily fit

There are good walking tracks. We did the 4 hr return walk to the lookout between point 6 and 7. No entry no camping fee. Very nice staff!
