....
Park entry is $6500 pesos for extranjeros - not really worth it for one 13km (26km return) walk. It is not that scenic and is on a large flat track, but it is nice in there. Approx 3hrs walk each way. You can get a boat to the end of the peninsula and then walk back, but it's crazy expensive ($22500 pesos one way).
Now 6500 Pesos for foreigners and 1500 for locals. They offered us a boot one-way for 22500 Pesos at the end of the trail.

You can also cycle the trail - good option if you have one with you or rent in town. The first 1.5km is uphill up steps so you'll be pushing your bike. The rest is easy going (but not for us people in normal shape).

Our advice... Stay in the nearby carpark overnight then get out there early before the info/ticket office opens (not sure when that is sorry but we were fine at 7am). Ticket office is right at the base of the peninsula between the two beaches. Nothing to stop you walking in free of charge and no one checks if you have a ticket en route.

If you arrive after 2 pm you can't start the longer hike.

If I understood correctly, the access to the mirador is free all day (about 1km hike one way, uphill).

very nice hike. we went up before 8 and down around 8:30 and noone was there. they open at 9 and if you are back before that, you dont have to pay. after that we enjoyed a jump in the very cold lake

Really enjoyed hiking both ways today on a well formed wooded trail with big trees. At the tip of the peninsula there is a tea house where we got coffee and cake. We stopped midway to walk down to the small lake, watch your map because the little side trail isn't marked. 6500 pp entry fee. We had a great day.

Dormimos no estacionamento, muito tranquilo. Há uma placa informando que não pode estacionar Motorhome no local, mas ninguém veio nos falar nada.

For us, the hike was beautiful, through a forest with big trees and flowers. For 12 km we needed 3 hours, but we walk not very fast. The trail is in good condition.
Entry fee nationalpark: 400 Arg$/person
Ship one way: 1200 Arg$/person
Ship both ways: 1600 Arg$/person

Agree with first poster, not much to see in the long walk. If you can see the arrayan tree somewhere else, then the only good reason to walk or cycle this path is your health, or maybe if you're bird watching? We cycled there, the way to the forest was difficult; don't know how they can consider it a bike path. Also there was only one interpretive sign the whole way. The rangers at the beginning and at the end weren't the nicest. It would have been nicer just to stay in the recreation area at the beginning to swim and picnic.
