Muy lindo pero demasiado viento si no tienes el equipo de acampada adecuado podrias pasarla muy mal
Report Check-InMight be fine in a pinch, but now there is a truck route cut though the trees for the gravel trucks.
Report Check-InA kind of official free campground in El Blanco. Locals will send you there if you ask for a place to camp. Quiet at night and good enough for camping but really nothing special. Constant wind and no protections, close to a big river, close to shops.
Report Check-InNice place under the pine tree. At the border of a small village.
ok for one night
muy bueno, hay un poco de viento pero es muy tranquilo, recomendable!!
great!!! some wind at night
Report Check-InOk place but nothing really special. Surely you can find better views elsewhere.
Report Check-InGreat place to stay, pines to cover raining and wind , near the river and the store.
Report Check-InOne of nicest campsite during our travel. It is possible to hide quite good from wind. There are few prepared places. Campers stop near the road. If you would like to sleep to long it could be not possible. Local people like loud music;)
It is clean pleace. Leave it like this.
What an amazing place to stay close to the river! When we arrived there was a boombero training in the forest we asked them if we can camp here they friendly answered :)
You need to know and be prepared for lots of wind !! The trees give good shelter from rain and closer to the road you have less windy. Very quiet night. Don’t leave garbage after you pls
10/10. As described below, get your supplies in Coyahique then camp here.
Report Check-InReally nice spot to camp. There some firepits in the middle of trees that help hidding from the wind. Water source at the river just nearby. Clean, safe and calm place. We stayed here for one night while cycle touring.
Report Check-InNice place in a rather heavily fenced area, indeed close to some houses but no problem at all. We stayed on the stony field to get more wind protection ans were clearly visible from the road. Locals and police waved at us. Very quiet at night !
Report Check-InExcelent camping spot! Next to the river, with lots of trees, and close to the town.
Report Check-InCiclysts - We camped in between the trees that gives a good protection from wind and rain. Water from the Simpson river 50 meters away. Some fire pits and wood to cook.
Be careful with fire and take care of your toilet paper and sh...
Pretty close to houses in this tiny town. We spent a quiet night here all the same and no one bothered us. Nestled in amongst the trees with our roof top tent which gave us great wind protection (something that is rare in this area of the Carretera Austral). Overall a good place to spend the night. Near river & views of mountains.
Report Check-InThis is worth the drive out of Coyhaique!
It is in the middle of the little town bit ic you drive all the way close to the river you are behind some gravel and get all your privacy. clean and quiet. no trash
Correct description, ee went 200.m. Further and stayed near the river!
Beautifull vieuw.
Panamericanissimo!
