Report Check-InEasy to locate Flat gravel drive Many places to park Peaceful and Quiet Sunset 3/10/24 very fitting for Valley of Fire
Report Check-InWe stayed four nights. Perfect location for Valley of Fire and to go to Vegas. Lots of spots along the road to stay. Quiet and dark at night. There were quite a few others camped but plenty of space between. AT&T worked good.
Report Check-Inthis is an easy to access free dry camping. Many campers on this road. excellent At&T and T Mobil and Mint Mobil signal. my T Mobil 5g wifi thingy worked well enough for zoom calls. flat level sites. Will be back here tonight after exploring the Valley of Fire State Park.
Report Check-Innice and dispersed. no amenities but only 15 minutes away from 2 different potable water fill up options
Report Check-InNot too much to add, but just chiming in to say it's fantastic. Quiet, level, plenty of spots, and really beautiful. Could be pretty windy I'm sure since it's very open, but other than that it's a 10/10
Report Check-InA Tarantula came and said hi. Not a fan. Good spot for warm weather in the winter months though
Report Check-In5 Star rating. Flat, quiet, super easy acces for any kind of RV. No wind and only 2 rigs today.
Report Check-InMuch room to spread out here. Lots of nice spots with fire rings. Super windy tonight but nice and protected in the sand hills. Quiet
Report Check-InVery nice camping spot! Couple of other campers, but there is a lot of space. Very quiet and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Really recommended spot!
Report Check-InGreat boondocking on BLM land. Solid cell service, great views, hard packed ground and plenty of room to spread out.
Report Check-InGood place near Valley of Fire. 3 bars 5g verizon. only a handful of people camping on the weekend in December.
Report Check-InNot too much to add here. Watch for cactus if you have dogs. Several rigs here in mid December but extremely quiet. 2 bars of 5G on Verizon.
Report Check-InNice and quiet. Easy to drive up in class C so no 4x4 required. Trucks with side by side off road toys started showing up about 6:30am.
Report Check-InEasy road! Low clearance sedan approved. Not a ton of privacy in the more popular areas but it works great
Report Check-InLong "back road" with plenty of space. You can stop everywhere. When we arrived in the middle of the night a few RV parked around, because we sleeping in our mini-van and thought a bit of privacy we kept going a bit further and found a spot for ourself -
during the night the road looks worth than it actually is! No 4x4 needed
Great location. Lots of others here. Decent road to drive on. Level spots. Some minor road noise. Mountain Views.
Report Check-InThis place is great, we have camped here a few times on the way from Utah to Las Vegas. Don't be afraid to pull in farther past the first few sites, there are plenty more isolated areas farther back for quiet camping. We've had no problem getting back there in a minivan.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot! It's definitely more packed than we prefer, but there is enough spots to find some seclusion. Great Verizon reception too!
Report Check-InGreat spot. Lots of sites. The gravel road isn’t smooth, but any car can make it.
Report Check-InPulled in here in our sprinter van for a layover on our way to Utah from CA. Convenient and easy to find in the dark. Only one truck camper arrived after us on a Saturday night. Great place to pull in for the night. We took first spot which had a fire ring.
Report Check-InDirt road to get here is pretty rocky, but no issues with a 2WD getting here. Plenty of space for many vehicles.
Report Check-InGreat to be 10 mins from a 24/7 bathroom at the gas station but secluded from the road enough to feel safe.
Report Check-InLots of spots. Some spread out. No shade. Fire pits. Drove a little further for better sunset views
Report Check-Inwonderful and quiet place. have to drive up the dirt road for about half a mile. easy drive no need for 4x4. verizon signal is good. t-mobile is slow. love it here!
Report Check-InCrowded, other people being totally rude and blasting generators and loud music. Giant thumbs down, will not be staying here again.
Report Check-InLoved staying here! A handful of spots to pick from. We were here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. Beautiful scenery, calm, and quiet. Right next to valley of fire state park, which is great as well. Would go back when traveling through. Great cell reception.
Report Check-InCame in at at night in the dark after a day at valley of fire. There were already several rv and vans out here. It was easy to find a fairly flat spot. Some noise from people’s generators but overall had a great nights sleep. Felt safe.
Report Check-Inwhat a great spot. keep it nice. a little crowded but really quiet on the weekdays. easy to get to.
Report Check-InGreat spot, big rig friendly, 5G Full bars with Verizon. Just over 6 miles from gas station near the highway (where there’s also overnight parking). Very quiet, very windy
Report Check-InAs described. Plenty of room for any size rig. Drive further down the road for more privacy. Even in early September the nighttime temp got down to the high 60s so it was quite comfortable considering daytime temperatures were nearly 100.
Report Check-InBeautiful! Tons of spots with fire pits and various degrees of seclusion. Keep on driving for more private sites and expansive views. Mountains were amazing at sunrise. We will be back!
Report Check-InGreat spot near Vegas. Bathrooms at the truck stop by the highway. Far enough off the road to be quiet and serene. Good Verizon signal.
Report Check-InThis place remains a legit spot to roll into after dark. There were places back at truck stop but nicer to be out here remote from highway. Lots of other rigs but no worries
Report Check-Ingot here at night time, very easy to find. about 6 miles past the gas station/casino. there is also parking there but seemed like it might be loud with lots of trucks right off highway.
very quiet back here though, no one else here and great stargazing. some first pits too
Nice clean, quiet spot, cooled down at night to about 17C .
Report Check-InQuiet && peaceful. There were a few other van lifers out there as well. We came in late at night and accidentally drove through the wash instead of the road - make sure you drive through the road :)
Report Check-InNice chill spot bout 5 miles off I25. Easy gravel road in not problem for any vehicle. Wide open space with great views n couple fire pits.
Report Check-InNice open space with lots off individual pull in opportunities. Easy access, very quiet since no road traffic audible. We had about 8 other campers dispersed in the area.
Sweet spot!
Arrived late at this easy to find spot. Gas and water near by with 4 bars of Verizon coverage. Good location for exploring Valley of Fire and Lake Mead. Las Vegas lights up the southerly sky.
Report Check-Inbeautiful place, wide open with beautiful view. easy access. only 7 folks, quiet. I would have liked to stay 2 weeks there.
Report Check-Inbeautiful spot with beautiful view. 7 folks there, so very quiet. easy access, I would have liked to stay 2 weeks there. good cellphone reception (AT&T).
Report Check-InAt first it seemed like we were going to be camping in a wash, but keep going up the access road to this site and it’s nicely built up and relatively flat. Plenty of room for larger rigs to maneuver once in the pullout area.
Report Check-InBel emplacement en plein milieu du désert, à 45min de Vegas et 15min de valley of fire. Très calme, feux de camp, superbe nuit étoilée. Bonne définition du lieu en pleine nature, accessible RV
Report Check-InGood spot but should be avoided unless you have air con in summer. Came in July and not a wink of sleep so hot! Look for higher ground.
Report Check-InGreat place for a couple of nights and to visit the beautiful valley of fire state park. You need a whole day there.
Also, the $10 entrance fee includes the use of the dump station with potable water. For an extra $10 you can camp there. For an extra $10 you can get full service.
Report Check-InNice flat huge spot in the desert ! Nobody around. The gaz station before is the cheapest in the area and you can ask for water. Thanks for sharing Lilobatodi !
