There is a big sign saying no camping just next to this spot (see picture). We were too tired to find a different place so we stayed for the night anyway. We didn't have any trouble. It is a very nice spot but not sure if it's ok to stay there or not...
Report Check-InExcellent spot to escape the wind. Hillside and tall trees blocked the wind and made it ok for our roof top tent, whike everywhere in the park was so windy we couldn't camp.
Protected from everything except North wind. Even from the north, it will be less windy than other places though.
Report Check-InNice Spot for all kind of Cars, Trucks, Big Rigs. Not for tents because the grassy Area is very wet and alot of Horses walking around. Walk to the River is about 10min. Well protected from the wind, Quite but no facilities.
We stay for two nights and go fishing with friends. Permit needed!!!
Flat grassy spot before heading to Hotel Serrano and camping Serrano. No one bothered us and we were protected from the wind on both sides.
