Nice campsite with lots of spots for tents and vans (80+) and RVs (30+).
Located directly at the park entrance and visitor's center.
Park fee: 15$ or access with the interagency annual pass
Nightly rate for camping 39$ and a bit more for RVs with electricity and water i guess.
Shower house near the pool with hot water
Be aware that the Pinnacles east and west entrance are not connected by a road and you would have to go around.
No At&t or Verizon service. WiFi available at the store for a (high) fee
Shuttle to hiking areas.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Some very private sites located at the back of the campground. Saw condors flying over ridge above camp just minutes after arriving.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot in the National Park, especially if you will also explore the trails. Wide open sites for rv/campervans and tent. Had all necessary amenities: water, electricity, shower rooms, bathrooms, and a shop for extra provisions you might need. Pricey, especially if you also need to purchase the park pass (for out of towners) but glad to have been able to get a spot without reservations.
Report Check-InThe showers were free and hot and even had shampoo conditioner and body wash in them. Water spigot on the side of the visitor center as described in the water fill listing. Beautiful hiking in the light rain. Couldn’t ask for a better day. Could ask for a better price though so we moved on.
Report Check-InBasic campground with flush toilets, hot showers (only near the store), a dump site and potable water. It was pretty quiet and peaceful. Tent site was pricey at $39 but there are limited options for free camping nearby so it was ok for a night and nice to take a long hot shower
Report Check-InI can't recommend this camp ground. IMHO totally over-priced. We paid over 60$ for our 19ft RV for one night and therefore expected an extraordinary CG, since on our trip CGs in National Parks were 20$ in average. However we found a flat dusty area, sites marked by chalk-powder only, restrooms far, far away, no potable water, dump station locked. It was noted that the key can be requested at the store. Store closed already when we arrived, opens at 9:30am. If you want to leave early - no chance for dumping. We went out early for a hike. When we came back there was a sign "dump station closed temporarily". At the shop they told me that the dump station is full and has to be emptied first. Why can't you organize that bevor the dump station is totally full?
Report Check-InVery wooden and nice campground! No service but a pool, wifi available, and free showers
Report Check-InLovely campground with showers and camp store. Nice tents site and I would recommend #61 for privacy and a level place to erect your tent. TURKEYS EVERYWHERE! Clean and though there are quite a few bathrooms down what are open are clean and well maintained. Nice place to be. No dogs on the trails, which is quite upsetting, for I clean up after my dog. No wood gathering either, that one I don’t understand for if you’d allow people to use the dead wood in a controlled burn there would be less of a fire threat.
Report Check-InHad a peaceful stay for just $37 at campsite #128. Best spot to stay if you plan to hike early the next day. Group sites seemed to have only a couple others.
Report Check-InThought this was a little more dispersed. Enough space for my pop up camper and Honda Element. Red ants and they will crawl up your pants. They have cabins that look nice. I stayed right next to one across from the restroom. People are somewhat noisy but it’s a good spot for the family. If you’re seeking more quiet, find something spread out
Report Check-InPrice is now $30 for a tent site. Wifi cost $10?, we thought at first they were joking. We didn’t pay for it. Showers are only warm. Otherwise it’s a nice place.
Report Check-InFee per night for RV with electricity is 36 dollar now. Expensif for what you get.
Report Check-In25$ entrance fee (free with annual pass) & 23$ for a tent site per night. Better arrive before 5pm in order to get a site allocated. Office closes at 5pm and after that you have to be lucky to meet some staff. Toilets and showers are out of order, but pit toilets are provided and people use the pool „to shower“. No bottle filling station with filtered water provided, but a few water faucets widely scattered over the place. Every site has benches, a BBQ pit and a bear box (here used against raccoons not bears). Lots of birds, deer and rabbits around.
Report Check-InAs said Its a nice campground in beautiful area. Campsite without electra 25 dollar, clean toilets
Report Check-Innice national park with great spacing between sites in the tent sites. Tons of wildlife and decent 4G cell signal. Small park but nice trails and worth the stop.
Report Check-Inawesome place to stay. shuttle to hiking areas was very convenient. very quiet on a Sunday night in November and plenty of spots. didn't use the showers, but they are available. there's a pool too that's open in the summer.

Shower house near the pool. Coin operated. Two quarters will give you 3 mins if showering.
