Eu tenho uma barraca automotiva e a montei por quatro dias. Usei a eletricidade do estacionamento no carro. 24 horas de segurança. Há banheiro limpo sem chuveiro Ele está ao lado da Marinha. Lugar seguro, mas com muito barulho durante toda a noite no tráfego de carretas e trens. Depois de negociar, paguei 250 pesos por noite
I have a camping tent on the roof of my car and set it up for four days. I used the electric parking lot. 24 hours of security. There's a bathroom without a shower. He's next to the Navy. Safe place, but with a lot of noise all night in the traffic of trucks and trains. After negotiating, I paid 250 pesos a night

We arrived 2 days ago...in fact because of being desperate to find no other place in Buenos Aires to park our Iveco save....too big for each parking place. The friendly man at the gate did a phone call an then let us in although after 19.00. The opening hours are 7.00-19.00. Afterwards you can get in an stay in your motorhome. Shower is closed but clean toilet still available. We even have a dog which is accepted as we do not let him run free and remove the poo. The place is well watched day and night and as we park near the entrance our Zebra is well watched. We pay 200Pesos per night. perfect place for sight seeing....of course it's middle in the city and at the harbour...so no relaxing place but save!

Purchased ticket with vehicle online. BA to Colonia about $100 USD (Driver and Landcruiser) Drive in to the terminal two hours prior to sail time. Check-in inside at the counter with passport and vehicle documents. After upstairs you go through immigration get stamped out of Argentina and stamped into Uruguay. Then follow signs for Drivers from pax lounge. You will go back downstairs to sit with vehicle. Argentina Aduanas will inspect vehicle and verify documents and take your Argentina vehicle permit. I was told on the other side in Colonia I will get my Uruguay vehicle permit when we disembark.

I was quoted $270 for a truck w/camper and two people to take ferry from BsAs to colonia. I decided to drive and cross into Uruguay via Santa Fe (where there is one of the only two suspension bridges in Argentina.)

perfect, close to centre, very friendly, could use toilet and shower

AR 200 for 12 hrs. 350 for 24 hrs. Backed our van up to the edge of the lot and got to pretend we were a boat for a night. No wind protection. Guards 24 hrs. Fills up during the day but nearly empty for the night. Worked for what we needed, 12 hrs of parking while waiting on insurance paperwork.

End of 2015 they charged Pesos 350.-/24hrs. It is still one of the cheapest parking lots in the city and seems to be save as well. About 400 mts south (opposite Buquebus terminal and railway line) is a cheaper parking lot but it is badly fenced off and not really save.

Price is now ARS350 per 24 hrs.

24h secured parking lot near the Buquebus, where to find clean toilets. 5 Minutes walk to Avenida Florida and Puerto Madero. Public transport nearby. Probably the best and worst spot to stay in the city center. Price: about 10€ / night

Report Check-In

Only legal safe spot I found in Buenos Aires: Parking area on Av. Antartida Argentina, next to Buquebus ferry terminal (Uruguay ferries), quite central location, armed security, rather ugly surroundings, WC.

One of the most affordable 24-hour parking in the center. On weekends the huge parking lot next to the pier of the Buquebus Ferry (ferry to Uruguay) and the Argentine Navy is almost empty, but during the week it's full to the last pace. We camped here seven days and felt always safe. Very nice guard. For such a big city pretty quiet at night. Within walking distance to Puerto Madero and the city center. There is a toilet in the parking lot (dirty and only with bucket flush), which we did not use. Only within a five minute walk you can use the clean toilets at the Buquebus terminal.

Andeanroads, S34.45098 W58.68197. The former Overlander Christian operates a RV rental and also provides possibility for RV Storage (50 € / month outside, 65 € / month inside) and a shady area for camping (7 € / night).
