Pull off along the road by the port and Discovery park. gets quite busy with car traffic early in the morning but is free and doesn't seem to have any restrictions

Easy parking, spots were available when we arrived 8-9pm. stayed two nights. If you walk to the public access the dam, there are bathrooms. Verizon abs t-mobile service worked well.

Spent a night in a campervan
Saw bunch of vehicle dwellers parked and living here. We didnot spend the night here.

Report Check-InWe slept there for 2 nights. Good place and definitely legal. Bus Stop to downtown is just 7 min away. So leave your car there and you‘ll have a nice and cheap time in Seattle:)
